Impermanence Project
It was a chance encounter with a librarian that inspired me to develop a new way to integrate my spiritual practice and my ordinary life. I realized that being aware of impermanence on a moment to moment basis allowed me to experience life directly without any preconceptions. The Japanese call this Mono no aware (物の哀れ), which is translated as sensitivity to ephemera.
The goal of this project is to post one photograph every day depicting the impermanence of ordinary life.
