Impermanence Project: Year 2022
It was a chance encounter with a librarian that inspired me to develop a new way to integrate my spiritual practice and my ordinary life. I realized that being aware of impermanence on a moment to moment basis allowed me to experience life directly without any preconceptions. The Japanese call this Mono no aware (物の哀れ), which is translated as sensitivity to ephemera.
